About the Role:
Join Homewatch CareGivers of Marlborough as an Overnight In-Home Caregiver, where you will provide compassionate and dedicated care to our clients during the night. This role is essential in ensuring the comfort and safety of those we serve, and we are looking for caring individuals who are passionate about making a difference.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor client safety and health throughout the night.
  • Administer medications as prescribed and maintain medication logs.
  • Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure client comfort.
  • Engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities to promote mental well-being.
  • Respond promptly to client needs and emergencies.
  • Document daily care activities and report any changes in client condition.
  • Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
  • Previous experience in home care or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Background check and references required.
  • Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends.

Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
